This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") explains what is prohibited on Fynix. It applies to all Fynix users, including buyers, server owners, and any third party using our products or services.
2. Prohibited Products
Fynix does not allow the sale or listing of products that would be unlawful or that Fynix cannot legally resell. This includes:
- Unlicensed intellectual property, branded content, or any goods that infringe third-party rights
- Gambling mechanics, loot boxes, betting products, or any goods requiring a gambling licence
- Adult or sexually explicit content
- Hacks, cheats, exploits, scripts, or any product designed to give an unfair advantage
- Stolen, leaked, pirated, or unauthorised digital goods
- Products that contravene UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015
- Malware, viruses, or tools designed to harm servers, accounts, or users
- Services or goods that permit money laundering, tax evasion, or evasion of sanctions
3. Prohibited Conduct
- Using Fynix to list or sell prohibited products
- Submitting false or misleading product information
- Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or disputes
- Attempting to circumvent our fees, policies, or account restrictions
- Abusing the refund process or submitting duplicate requests
- Harassing other users, sellers, or Fynix staff
- Using automated tools to scrape, attack, or abuse the platform
- Impersonating Fynix, Fynix staff, or another user
4. Content and Delivery
All product descriptions, images, and delivery instructions must be accurate and not misleading. Products must be delivered as described, and any claims about compatibility, availability, or account access must be truthful.
5. Enforcement
Violating this AUP may result in:
- Warnings or suspension of your account
- Removal of listings or stores
- Permanent account termination
- Withholding of outstanding amounts where appropriate
- Referral to law enforcement if required by law

7. Governing Law
This policy is governed by English law and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
