Refund & Disputes Policy

1. Scope

This policy explains how Fynix handles refunds, chargebacks, and disputes for purchases made through the Fynix platform. Fynix is the seller of record for all transactions, and buyers should deal directly with Fynix for any refund or dispute issue.

2. Fynix as Seller of Record

Fynix purchases digital goods from server owners and resells them to buyers. All buyer contracts are formed directly with Fynix Payments Ltd. Server owners do not have a direct contract with buyers for the sale of digital goods through Fynix.

3. Refund Rights

Buyers have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Digital content must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If your purchase is not delivered or is materially different from the description, contact Fynix for a refund, replacement, or other remedy.

4. How to Request a Refund

Submit refund requests to Fynix through the platform support channels or email [email protected]. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any evidence that helps us assess the claim.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

Fynix handles all chargebacks and payment disputes with card issuers or payment providers. Buyers should not initiate a chargeback before contacting Fynix, because Fynix may be able to resolve the issue more quickly.

If a chargeback is raised, Fynix will review the order, communicate with the buyer, and decide whether to issue a refund. Fynix may also recover amounts from the server owner if the seller failed to fulfil the agreed goods.

6. Seller Liability

Server owners have no direct liability to buyers under this refund policy. Fynix manages refunds and disputes as the merchant and seller of record, though Fynix may enforce remedies against server owners if they breach their obligations.

7. Timing

Approved refunds will be processed as quickly as reasonably possible, usually within 14 days. The exact timing depends on the payment provider and the buyer’s bank.

8. Duplicate Requests

Do not submit multiple refund requests for the same order. Duplicate requests may delay the review process.

9. Governing Law

This policy is governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with it is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
