This Seller Agreement sets out the terms on which Fynix Payments Ltd ("Fynix") purchases digital goods from server owners and resells them to buyers. Fynix is the seller of record for all buyer-facing transactions on this platform.

By listing digital goods on the Fynix platform, the server owner grants Fynix a non-exclusive licence to market, promote, purchase, distribute, and resell those goods as part of the Fynix Rust server monetisation marketplace.
This licence includes the right to use product descriptions, images, metadata, and delivery instructions needed to sell and fulfil orders.
Fynix purchases digital goods directly from the server owner. Fynix then resells those goods to buyers as the merchant and seller of record.
All customer contracts for sale are formed directly between the buyer and Fynix. No contract is formed between the buyer and the server owner for the sale of digital goods through the Fynix platform.
Server owners may submit recommended retail prices and product details, but Fynix retains final authority to set the sale price, apply platform fees, run promotions, and determine final customer pricing.
Payments to server owners are based on the agreed purchase price between Fynix and the server owner, not on buyer payments received by Fynix.
Server owners must ensure that digital goods are deliverable as described, and that they can be fulfilled through the specified gamertag, server account, or other delivery channel.
Server owners must respond promptly to Fynix requests for delivery verification or support related to orders they have agreed to supply.
Server owners must not list any goods that violate this agreement, including but not limited to:
Server owners must comply with the Fynix Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other published platform policy.
Failure to comply may result in suspension, removal of goods, or termination of this agreement.
Payments from Fynix to the server owner are made for goods purchased by Fynix and are not customer payouts or funds held on behalf of a third party.
Server owners are responsible for any taxes, duties, or reporting obligations arising from payments received from Fynix.
Fynix may terminate this agreement immediately if a server owner materially breaches the licence grant, delivers prohibited content, or repeatedly fails to fulfil orders.
Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued before termination, including amounts owed for goods already purchased by Fynix.
This agreement is governed by English law. Any dispute arising from or connected with this agreement is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
