Fynix Payments Ltd ("Fynix", "we", "us") is the seller of record for all purchases made on the Fynix platform.
Fynix operates a reseller marketplace for digital goods, add-ons, and Rust server monetisation products for the Rust Console and PC Rust community. Server owners license their digital goods to Fynix. Fynix purchases those goods and resells them directly to buyers.
All contracts for sale are made directly between the buyer and Fynix. No contract is formed between the buyer and the server owner, creator, or store owner for goods purchased through Fynix.
When you buy digital goods on Fynix, you are purchasing from Fynix, not from the server owner. Fynix is responsible for taking payment, delivering the goods, and handling refunds, disputes, and chargebacks.
You must be at least 13 years old to make purchases on Fynix. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. By using Fynix, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.
Digital goods are delivered by Fynix or by the server owner on Fynix's behalf, using the delivery details you provide at checkout. You must provide accurate gamertag, account, and contact information. Fynix is not responsible for delivery to inaccurate or incorrect details provided by you.
All prices shown on Fynix are the final prices for buyers unless otherwise stated. You agree to pay the full amount displayed at checkout. Fynix may apply platform fees, promotions, and currency conversion where relevant.
Fynix does not act as a payment intermediary holding funds for third parties. Payments are made to Fynix as the merchant and seller of record.
Fynix handles all refunds directly. You have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for digital content that is not as described, not fit for purpose, or of unsatisfactory quality.
If your purchase is faulty, not delivered, or materially different from the description, contact Fynix support at [email protected]. Fynix will assess your claim and may issue a refund, replacement, or other remedy.
Fynix does not permit the sale of goods that violate our Acceptable Use Policy, including unlicensed intellectual property, gambling mechanics, adult content, cheats, exploits, or anything illegal under UK law.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify Fynix immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Fynix may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or any other Fynix policy. This may include withholding access to orders or restricting your ability to use the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fynix's liability is limited to the price paid for the specific goods you purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
These Terms are governed by English law. Any dispute arising from or connected with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
We may update these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will publish the revised Terms on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new Terms.
