Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fynix ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

Fynix is a payment and monetisation platform for game server owners. We facilitate transactions between store owners ("Sellers") and their customers ("Buyers").

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Seller account. Buyers must be at least 13 years old or have parental consent.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

5. Seller Obligations

All products must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.
Sellers must accurately describe their products and fulfil all orders.
Sellers must not sell illegal, fraudulent, or infringing products.
Stores must be approved by an admin before going live.

6. Fees & Payments

Fynix charges a 2.5% platform fee and approximately 3% payment processing fee on each transaction (5.5% total). Payouts are subject to a 48-hour hold period. Minimum cashout is £1.00.

7. Refunds

Refund requests are processed at the discretion of the store owner and Fynix administration. Approved refunds will reverse purchase actions (e.g., Discord roles).

8. Prohibited Activities

Attempting to bypass platform fees
Chargebacks or fraudulent disputes
Abuse of the refund system
Automated scraping or abuse of APIs
Selling products that violate our AUP

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms. Outstanding balances may be withheld pending investigation.

10. Limitation of Liability

Fynix is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
